What leaves the cube
This is the game-specific summary of what Twist Tally does on your device and what it sends to us. The full legal document is the Vertolini, LLC privacy policy.
What Twist Tally does not do
- No ads and no advertising SDK.
- No advertising identifier and no cross-app tracking.
- No third-party analytics, attribution or social SDK.
- No required account and no email address to hand over.
- No access to contacts, photos, camera, microphone or location.
- No Game Center display name or player identifier sent to our server.
What stays on your device
Your stages, best times, Daily Cube streak, hint history, selected theme and game settings are saved on your device. Game Center can receive eligible scores and achievement progress when you choose to use it, but our own server does not receive your Game Center identity.
What the game sends us
Twist Tally sends gameplay and performance analytics to a server operated by Vertolini, LLC. These records are linked to a random, persistent identifier created only for this app. It is not Apple’s advertising identifier and is not used to follow you through anyone else’s apps.
- Product interaction: navigation, mode selection, round starts, round outcomes, hint use and settings changes.
- Performance data: scene startup and frame-performance samples, along with app, operating-system and device-model information needed to diagnose slow or broken experiences.
- Purchase history: the product involved and the outcome of an App Store purchase flow. We never receive payment-card details, receipts or store tokens.
We use this data to understand difficulty, improve the game and diagnose performance. It is not sold, shared with data brokers or combined with third-party data for advertising.
Game Center
Game Center is optional. When you use it, scores and achievement progress are handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy. Twist Tally reads your display name only to show your Game Center status inside the app; it does not send that name or your player identifier to Vertolini.
Questions or data requests
Use the Vertolini contact form and say that your request concerns Twist Tally. Because our analytics use a pseudonymous app identifier rather than a name or email address, we will explain what can be identified and removed.
